The results are in and Houston home prices have officially hit an all-time high!

According to Cultral Map Houston, Houston's median home price hit it's highest point ever in March.  The median price, $172,000 is up 6.5% from March 2012!

Add that to the fact that Houston's inventory of homes for sale is at it's lowest point since 1999. What does that mean for home sellers in the Houston area? The demand for your home is HIGH!

Maggie-The Sellers have to be happy that things are on an upswing. The low inventory is another plus for Sellers. Just have to remind everyone that this is cyclical.
