The Southwyck subdivision began development in the mid-1980s. Nestled along North Folk Drive (east of Cullen Boulevard and west of FM 1128), the Southwyck subdivision contains several neighborhoods: Southglen/Emerald Pointe, Huntington Park, Southfield Village, Lakecrest Estates, Edgewater Estates, and South Manor.
Southwyck offers many amenities to its homeowners such as access to the Southwyck Golf Course. The Southwyck Golf Club is an 18 hole course located on a lake.
This golf course is in pristine condition! The Southwyck 
Golf Club offers a 2200 square foot banquet facility that overlooks the golf course and seats up to 150 guests that can be utilized for events.
The Southwyck subdivision also offers ample green spaces for its residents!
Recently, Southwyck's homeowners association revamped the community’s park areas by adding new benches and lush landscaping which included adding shaded areas. Additionally, the Southwyck homeowners association also added a walking track and increased lighting for security of its residents. It is obvious that the residents of the Southwyck community take pride in their subdivision!
Southwyck residents also have access to two swimming pools, tennis court facilities, a baseball field, soccer field - perfect for active families!
While the Southwyck subdivision is fairly new, it has quickly become an established Pearland community Residents who move here tend to stay. The ease of convenience to Pearland's west side shopping (including the new Pearland Town Center) and access to Hwy 288 makes Southwyck a desirable place to live!
