Pearland Parks & Recreation is gearing up for the 17th Annual Paws in the Park, benefiting the Pearland Animal Adoption center. Things will kick off on Saturday morning with the HEB Plus! Pet and Owner Fun Run followed by the national “Dock Diving” competition.
Dock Diving for dogs is fast becoming one of America’s most popular outdoor events! Proud pet owners travel to these events from all over the country to compete. It’s an incredible new sport that everyone loves! In addition to the Dock Diving competition, Paws in the Parks will host teams from across the nation competing in the U.S. Dog Disc Nationals. Don't forget about the HEB PLUS! PET & OWNER FUN RUN!
Each year this event begins with a Fun Run and this year's races are 1K, 3K, and 5K. Compete with or without your four-legged friends!
