Way to go Houston, Texas! The Houston Business Journal reported today that the Houston-Sugar Land-Baytown metropolitan area’s economy grew at 1.6 percent last year, ranking the Houston-metro area fifth largest in the nation! No wonder Pearland Texas is one of the fastest growing suburbs in Texas!
Pearland Texas has so much to offer its residents including great communities such as Silverlake, Shadow Creek Ranch, Cabot Cove, Sunrise Lake, and Avalon Terrace! Pearland Texas also has fantastic schools! Pearland ISD is consistently ranked high in Texas and of course, how I could I not mention that Pearland High School received TWO State Championships last year for Football & Girls Softball!
