Feel the Christmas spirit come alive as Pearland Parks and Recreation teams up with the Pearland Town Center to host the City's Annual Hometown Christmas Festival and Tree Lighting Ceremony!
On Friday evening, Mayor Reid & Santa Claus will light up the sky as they plug in the City's Christmas Tree at the annual Tree Lighting ceremony. A live band will perform and many activities will be on hand for the whole family, including: .30,000 pounds of snow, including a sledding hill, horse & carriage rides and much more!
On Saturday, start a family tradition by having "Breakfast with Santa" from 8am - 11am. A donation pancake breakfast and photo with Santa benefits Forgotten Angels. Cost is $5 per plate. On Sunday afternoon, families are invited to join Santa for milk and cookies and great entertainment. Join us for an exciting weekend of Christmas entertainment, live music, movie nights, promotions, great food and more!

8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: Breakfast with Santa Benefitting Forgotten Angels Tickets are $5. To purchase tickets in advance, contact Forgotten Angels at 281-412-6435. Tickets may also be purchased onsite on the day of the event.

The City of Pearland is proud to announce the 29th Annual Lighted Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 4, 2010 beginning at 5:30pm. The parade brings out dozens of floats and walking groups each year decked out in lights and holiday spirit. And with this year's theme, "A Hawaiian Christmas," expect a lot of fun entries! Plan to see drill teams, classic cars, company floats and many other community folks. For more information, please call 281-412-8900.
