On Saturday, June 4, 2011, Neighborhood Centers, Inc is hosting a community forum on immigration & citizenship will be held at Epiphany Lutheran Church in Pearland. This is a great opportunity for non-U.S. citizens as local attorneys and immigration specialists will be on hand to speak on the rights and responsibilities of citizens, the HPD policies and current immigration issues. There will also be several community organizations present such as the Adult Reading Center who offer free literacy and citzenship classes.
