2010 was a banner year for the real estate market in Pearland, TX!
Despite the national recession last year, Pearland continued grow. Between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010, there were 1,345 homes sold in Pearland. That's an average of 112 homes selling each month! It is interesting to note that these home sales seem to be spread out across the city.
As a Pearland Realtor and a Pearland resident, I find the continued growth in Pearland encouraging! For those of us who live in Pearland, we already know what a great community it is to live and own property. From fantastic schools to the vibrant community activities to the easy commute to downtown, Pearland has a lot to offer.
