Grant applicants must be 501(c)3 not-for-profit agencies and serve low to moderate income households located in the City of Pearland (extraterritorial jurisdiction or surrounding areas not eligible). Prior experience managing federal grant funding preferred.

Community members, many of whom are living under the poverty level, have access to programs that are changing their lives for the better. Whether you’re a youngster or heading into your twilight years, the CFC has made it their mission to help you realize your dreams.
THE GOOD THEY NEED
With a drastic increase in the number of youth diagnosed with obesity, diabetes, and heart disease, the CFC’s new goal is to transform a rundown house into an epicenter for healthy living.
§The house needs more than a face lift! From the foundation to the roof, there’s a long list of structural and cosmetic work to be done. And it can be done, but with your help!
§With the inside getting lots of attention, the exterior is screaming for help too. By adding fresh flowers, shrubs, and a patio for gatherings, the house will be much more welcoming.
